Aruba Hi-Winds

Aruba Hi-Winds is the island’s premier international windsurfing and kiteboarding competition. Registration and payment handling was mostly manual. Spreadsheets and hand-checked bank references. When wdms first helped them it automated race group creation.

A year later Hi-Winds was running a registration system and mobile app from scratch. Automating sign-ups plus payment handling, participant management, on-site registration, and race control integration with Liveheats. What used to take hours of manual cross-referencing now happens automatically.

The goal extends beyond a single event. Hi-Winds is using this as the foundation for long-term tournament automation, so each year’s system builds on the last rather than starting over.
