Aruba Open

The Aruba Open is the largest international beach tennis tournament in the world. It draws over a thousand participants and teams across eight days of competition, professional and amateur players alike.

wdms built the entire digital operation from the ground up. The registration system handles payments for 1000+ participants, with a mobile app that provides QR code entry tokens, staff tools for accreditation, and goodie bag distribution.

wdms first automated the amateur schedules and data input for pro matches. In 2026 this got extended to full incorporation in the registration system, making it a one stop shop for tournament director, marketing and event officials. Along with ticket sales and sign-up wdms allows participants and visitors to enter the Aruba Open village.

On the production side, the full broadcast and LED infrastructure for center court was designed and deployed. Jumbotron and LED boarding are controlled by our equipment and software: ATEM switching and HyperDeck playback powered by custom written tooling for playback control and media conversion.

wdms deals with every digital fiber the Aruba Open has to operate on. From the website people register on, to the screens they watch matches on.

The system has been in use and evolving since 2022, growing each year from volunteer-run help to fully embedded executive support.
